Growing up in rural Mid-Canterbury meant getting outdoors and into the mountains was all part of Hollie’s childhood. A Bachelor of Design in Wellington was quickly followed by time overseas before returning home to Canterbury. It was once home that the multisport world opened up, and it wasn’t long before she spent every spare weekend off-road running and biking up and down the South Island.
Like many, Hollie had watched the Coast to Coast race over the years, and it wasn’t long before she took the step and signed up herself. With the 2-Day, 1-Day and Tandem 2-Day events under her belt, Hollie has also competed overseas in multi-day ultras and has Nordic skied across the Greenland ice cap.
With more than 15 years working in the design and marketing industry, Hollie brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Media and Content Manager. She works with a great team that brings to life some of the amazing stories of our competitors, volunteers, support crews and everything in between.
