2022 Transfer Entries Refund T&C
2022 Transferred Entries (due to Covid event restrictions forcing the cancellation of the 2 Day events in 2022) are subject to the cancellation terms and conditions outlined when options where provided for either receiving a refund or transferring. These terms are outlined below;
Entries are only transferable to the 2023 event. The 2023 event date is Friday 10th and Saturday 11th February 2023. 2022 Event Entry Protection is non transferrable. 2023 event entry fee protection can be purchased as below:
The 2023 entry fee protection fees are:
2 Day Individuals - $150.00 per person
2 Day 2 Person Relay Team - $200.00 per team
2 Day Tandem Team - $250.00 per team
2 Day 3 Person Relay Team - $300.00 per team
2023 Entry Fee Protection
Entry fee protection, if taken out, provides a refund amount outlined below, if the competitor suffers an injury, medical emergency, bereavement, financial hardship or travel ban that limits or prohibits their involvement with the event. All applicants for a refund complete the online withdrawal form
as soon as practical and submit appropriate supporting documentation regarding the injury or loss (Doctors certificate etc). Refunds can be applied for up to 5 days after the Coast to Coast has taken place as long as the injury, medical emergency or bereavement that limits or prohibits their involvement with the Coast to Coast took place prior to the Coast to Coast start 2023.
Entry fee protection must be purchased at the same time as you enter for the 2023 event and cannot be used to refund an Entry Fee transferred from previous years. Refunds extend only to the value of the Entry Fee purchased and do not cover any ancillary or other associated costs. The Entry fee protection fee is regarded as an ancillary cost. Refunds will be made to the credit card/bank account used to purchase the entry fee and the registration will be cancelled. Note: Entry fee protection will not cover refunds for change of mind or everyday circumstance.
Entry fee protection refund amounts;
• Withdrawal before 30 September 2022 100% entry fee refunded
• Withdrawal between 1 October 2022 & 31 December 2022 85% entry fee refunded
• Withdrawal between 1 January 2023 & 17 February 2023 70% entry fee refunded
2023 Event Refunds
Any entries transferred to the 2023 event are non-refundable throughout the year and will not be transferable to 2024 or any future event, unless Entry Protection is purchased at time of transfer and reason for withdrawal is covered under those terms (outlined above).
Event or Team Member Changes
If you choose to transfer your entry and then wish to change to an alternative event you will need to request this at the time of entry. Any category changes or team member changes throughout the year will incur a $50 administration fee.
